Prices and minimum order value
All prices include the currently valid value added tax.
All prices are subject to alteration, we reserve changes for us. (we reserve the right to change)
The minimum order value is 20,- euros.

Shipping costs
For every order we charge a dispatch- and packing cost flat rate of € 6.90.
Cash on delivery 6.90€.

At foreign shipments the costs vary according to weight and recipient country (Please, have look at the price list).

Reservation of proprietary rights
Until the complete payment the product remains our property.

Guarantee / warranty

Should the product show defective material or transport damages, so these have to be queried by the buyer within 5 days.
At returns the invoice of the product has to be enclosed.
During the guarantee period of 24 months, at first the buyer has the right to claim that the defect has to be removed otherwise the right to claim a delivery of a defect free thing.

Legal venue
For disputes between 1a futterlieb and the buyer the jurisdiction of the county court Schwedt / Oder are arranged.
